We found a new park

We went for a drive up Hobble Creek Canyon last Sunday with Matthew and Sandie. We went into Jolley's Ranch and saw that they built a new AWESOME park that we had to go check out.

This was HUGE... we're going to have to bring Claire next time, she'll love it.
This is the coolest park ever.. (Abby)
Peak-a-Boo...Boo

This rock wall was fun... we both finally were able to make it around. Abby went almost all the way around the whole thing without touching the ground.... wow did our arms hurt after this.
I (Brenna) can swing on my own now... just not to high yet.

Our 4th annual trip to Hogle Zoo

On April 25th we went on our annual Hogle Zoo trip with Aunt Sandie.... this year we got to bring someone else with us... Uncle Matthew. It was kinda rainy when we first got there so Aunt Sandie gave us the umbrellas to hold. We were prepared.

This was the first animal we got to touch... a SUPER SOFT Chinchilla. He was soooo cute.

The orangatang was rolling around trying to get a good scratch
The bear looked sooo bored
The 2 different owls... just looked cool
We finally got to see the elephant show. This elephant is pregnant and going to have the first baby elephant at this zoo. They are pregnant for 23 months.... is that a long time?
We normally don't like to go in front of this elephant because it sneezes on you.. but we guessed she was feeling better today.
This was the funniest baby orangatang. His mommy and daddy were trying to sleep and he wouldn't hold still. He was all over the place.
More of our favorite animalsThis giraffe could do Yoga (lol!)
Aunt Sandie said that these zebra's should be named Abby & Brenna because they were fighting over their bucket and not sharing... we don't fight???We take a picture on the tigers every year
Uncle Matthew beat us.... He's almost as big as the gorilla.Wack a mole???
Playing at the little park... our favorite slide was to wet so we just jumped on the bridge

I (Brenna) took the camera and took a picture of Sandie and Matthew...thanks for taking us on our annual trip. Sandie said that Claire might be able to come next year... wow she's brave (we'll see).

Brenna is 6!... going on 16

Brenna celebrated her 6th birthday covered in pink... Pinkalicious to be exact.

Here are some highlights of everything pink...Here is our little "Pinky", when you're 6, it's all about the make-up. She had a ball and we all survived a house covered in pepto-besmol pink.

HAPPY 6TH BIRTHDAY BRENNA! WE LOVE YOU!

We love Janna and Jason new Wii Fit! It's soooo much fun.

Here's Abby doing the Hula-Hoop
Brenna getting ready to do another game.
Even Matthew had to try the Ski-Jumping... we won't tell him that Abby got the longest jump of the night.

Best Home Teacher Ever

We had to share a picture of the best home teacher ever, Bishop Wilding & Luke. They come every month and make sure they bring a story for us too. Our favorite is Fox in Socks.

Our Day in SLC

Our Aunt Sandie took us to Salt Lake City last Saturday. First we went to the big downtown library. The children's area was the coolest. This is us in the "attic" areaHere we are reading
This area was outside a little cave that had painting and was kinda windy
This is the water wall
This is was the crystal cave
the coolest skylight

This is the best part of the library the Glass Elevator - just like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory -kinda
Then we went to the roof and went down the long stairs that went all across the building
Pretty picture of the new and the old - Sandie said it was called the City County Building
Playing in the water
Cooling off in the Joseph Smith Memorial Building
We then got to watch a newly wed couple making their wedding video
Making a wish in one of the fountains
In the church museum they had a primary area
We loved the nursery... you get to play with babies

The fountain was fixed and working - last time we came it was broken
We then went to find Aunt Janna and Amy who were working in the church office building and visited while they ate lunch... we saw that the missionaries were letting people go up to the top. So we went the fastest elevator ever. (brenna)

Brenna has a problem

First we'll show a picture or our 2nd annual yard sale... we're earning money for Disneyland.
Now on to Brenna's problem...
Yes, Debra is her mother.
Yes, she is only 5, and already has her "phone" with her everywhere she goes.
Yes, she talks and texts on her Cinderella phone. (Abby does too). It's free now, but we suggest Deb open a savings account her their cellphone bills soon.

She's checking her pictures.... if she wasn't so cute, we might be worried about her.
